Refund Policy

Try our software risk-free! If you're not completely satisfied within 7 days of purchase, we'll refund your money—no questions asked.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be issued. This typically applies when the service has been partially used, some features or benefits were applicable while others were not, or subscription was canceled mid-billing cycle.

For subscription-based services, you can cancel at any time. If cancelled within the 7-day refund period, you'll receive a full refund. After the 7-day period, no refund will be issued, but your service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued based on trading losses or poor trading performance. All trading involves risk, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Our refund policy covers product satisfaction and technical issues only.

Upon refund approval, your access to the software or service will be immediately terminated. Any data or settings associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.
